PROMOTING SAFE EVENTS

We invited RTE reporter Evelyn O'Rourke to attend Retro Drive-In Movies in stage 1 of guidelines in March. Listen to her report here...

At Retro, the safety of our staff, contractors and attendees is of paramount importance to us. As the world's largest outdoor movie company, we lead by example. Our management team have undergone training to ensure they promote a 100% safe programme in these challenging times. Quality isn't a destination, it's an ongoing journey!

At Retro, we have employed a full time Covid-19 officer. The role of this officer is to provide ongoing training to our management, technicians, drivers, stewards and external contractors. We are committed to providing a safe experience for all our customers

  • Toilets are provided but it is advised to use only in case of emergency

  • When purchasing tickets, you will be asked to confirm to comply to our updated T&C's

  • All tickets will be scanned through a closed car window with no interaction required

  • There is no need to interact with members outside of your family circle

  • There is no food or drinks on sale at Retro Drive-In Movie locations at this time

  • Restrooms are cleaned on an hourly and daily basis

  • IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES

  • There is no need to leave your vehicle at any stage. In the interest of safety, please adhere to guidelines

  • In this current climate, it is advised not to attend as "Groups Of Friends"

  • For music events, there will be no "Autographs, Meet & Greet or Photo Opportunities" with any of the acts

  • All attendees must adhere to guidelines. Please respect stewards instructions. Event managers (or representatives) decision is final. Any person found to be "Not complying" with instructions, could result in the attendee being asked to leave the event

  •  This is a common sense approach and we appreciate your understanding at this time
