A complete drive-in cinema takeover gives your organisation the chance to engage staff, clients, members and their families with a private branded movie night for up to 250 vehicles.
We provide a dedicated event team to manage operations, one hour of on-screen branding before the film, a custom welcome video from your brand, and pre-show messaging delivered visually and through in-car audio. Our screening team looks after guest list and ticketing, while our branded welcome team and parking stewards ensure smooth arrival and optimal viewing for every vehicle.
Optional upgrades include hot food and beverage catering, a retro confectionary container, and additional technical production such as live camera feeds, public address, lighting coordination and projection mapping — all priced on request.
